Shipping & Returns

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs nationally & internationally and any/all import tax or duties. Shipping costs are influenced but not limited to weight, dimensions, delivery time frame, insurance per parcel and delivery address.

Our team will ensure items are enclosed in standard cushioned packaging & take no responsibility regarding the condition of packaging once item is delivered.

African Safari Jewellery endeavours to make use to the best possible shipping service as we see fit, but should you want to arrange your own shipping service, we are happy to discuss this with you.

Shipping costs will be added on to your invoice once your order has been placed for you to view before your order is processed. Please note your order will only be processed once full proof of payment (POP) has been received.

Tracking your parcel

Should you have made use of the designated shipping service employed by African Safari Jewellery, contact our team to receive an update on your scheduled delivery.

Overnight shipping

Overnight shipping services are available dependant on your Order & delivery address. Contact our team to enquire about options available.

Exchanges

You have 5 calendar days to request to exchange an item from the date you receive it, and 10 calendar days to arrange shipping back to African Safari Jewellery from the date you receive the item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Your item must be in the original packaging.)

Your item needs to be returned with receipt/proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

Defect Returns and Exchanges

If you find a defect or damage with your purchase, you must tell us within 2 working days of receipt. If the Product(s) are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will repair/replace at no cost to you once inspected by a designated African Safari Jewellery team member. We will refund your return shipping and replacement shipping will not be charged.

Defect Refunds

Should you prefer a refund over an exchange, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and notify you if your return is approved. We will initiate a refund to you either through electronic transfer (EFT) or cash with in 7 working days of receiving your returned item/s.
