It is important that you read these Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) carefully before ordering any products via our website or telephonically, sharing personal information and or browse this website (“Site”).
Additionally, African Safari Jewellery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our Site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms.

Usage Restrictions
All of the content that appears on the African Safari Jewellery site, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by African Safari Jewellery.
African Safari Jewellery grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the content on this site. Content of the African Safari Jewellery site is intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Site.
Pricing Policy
At African Safari Jewellery, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional quality products. Our products are sold via order requests at limited quantities and availabilities. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site. Please be aware, variations in style, colour, size, shape and look may occur. Indemnity
By use of this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold African Safari Jewellery (and its officers, directors, subsidiaries and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
How your contract with us is formed
This is an order-based platform only. Orders are submitted via the Website in the following way:
Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on ‘ORDER FORM’ to connect with our sales team regarding your desired purchase. Then proceed by clicking ‘SUBMIT’ to ensure the message is delivered to our team.
We will then send you a confirmatory email to acknowledge that we have received your request. This is sent by one of our team members within 5 business days of receipt. Our team will confirm if we can complete your request, assist with queries, process payment & schedule delivery. At this point the contract between us (“Contract”) is formed. Ownership of the Product(s) will pass to you on delivery.
Once you have confirmed your preferred method of delivery (e.g. Collection/ door to door/counter to counter), you will then be required to confirm your address, and any shipping charges will then be calculated, and added to your quotation invoice for you to confirm and consent to the Terms of Sale. Once you have received your quotation invoice, it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is correct. Proof of payment in full will then be required to confirm and process your order. Your quotation invoice is only valid for 7 business days from date of receipt.
Please note that all shipping quotations are subject to external suppliers’ terms and conditions.

Should there be any problems with the product ordered, you will be contacted by the African Safari Jewellery team. Should you have opted for delivery by our courier service, a representative might contact you to confirm delivery, notify you in case of delays or any such communication as deemed necessary by the third party service.
When you submit your Order, you are offering to buy the Product(s) at the price set out in the Order. Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed or that there has been a pricing error when we receive your Order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed, please remember that we will still not be under an obligation to supply the Product(s) until we have sent you the second email confirming your Order.
Once you have submitted your Order, you accept to purchase the Product(s) at the price set out as on the website or final invoice. Prices are subject but not limited to custom requests and or the delivery services used to deliver your Order.
Payment
All payments must be made once your Order has been confirmed by our team. Payment for all Product(s) must be electronic transfers (EFT) or cash. We will not dispatch the Product(s) until we receive payment in full.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Orders which we have already confirmed as described above. If the issuer of your payment card or our service provider refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise or validate the payment, we will not be liable in these circumstances for any delay or non-delivery in respect of the Product(s) which you have ordered as a result.
By providing the relevant information to us, you specifically authorise us to transmit or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, to authenticate your identity and delivery address for the Product(s).
Delivery
We aim to deliver Product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your Order within time frame given by our team.
Damaged or defective product(s)
Subject to any specific warranties we offer in relation to particular products, or those which are implied by law, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our products.
Our team enforces personal quality checks for all Products dispatched from our studio. You should inspect the Product(s) when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 2 working days after receiving. If the Product(s) are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will repair/replace at no cost to you once inspected by a designated African Safari Jewellery team member. We will refund your return shipping and replacement shipping will not be charged. Should you prefer a refund over an exchange, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and notify you if your return is approved. We will initiate a refund to you either through electronic transfer (EFT) or cash within 7 working days of receiving your returned item/s.
Exchanges
You have 5 calendar days to request to exchange an item from the date you receive it, and 10 calendar days to arrange shipping back to African Safari Jewellery from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Your item must be in the original packaging.) Your item needs to be returned with receipt/proof of purchase.
Other information of which you need to be aware;
By entering into an agreement with us when you place an order, you consent to this use of your data. Our ethos is not to harm or use your data for our financial gain and will use the information provided to communicate new products, services, sales - all relating to African Safari Jewellery products & services.
The Contract and all communications between us will be conducted in the English language.
